Hayden is a founding member of RYAN Security and Consulting Limited since the company’s creation in 2005, prior to his role with RYAN Security, Hayden was also employed with RYAN Security’s Managing Director in a similar role dating back to the year 2000.
Hayden was the obvious choice to come into our team when the company was formed, not only for his industry experience and in the fulltime role as Staff Supervisor in Canterbury, but as our national ‘Control and Restraint’ trainer covering our 4 offices and over 250 staff nationwide.
Working closely with the NZ Police, following numerous situations within the industry relating to the inappropriate application of control and restraint techniques by security staff, RYAN Security, along with Hayden’s expertise, worked closely with the Police to develop clear guidelines and approved techniques which are not only standards with our staff ‘Control and Restraint’ training program but now accepted techniques to be used industry wide. Hayden has been since teaching these standards to all our staff at varying levels nationally to a very high standard.
